Well, I moved from Las Vegas back to my hometown. I was initially looking to buy another condo, and live in it. After touring several different areas, visiting a ton of showings.We switched gears to investment property. She found one, within my price range, in great shape, and came with an 11 year renter already in there. Perfect! Couldn't ask for a better gal. She took the time to show me listings, we crossed notes upon her experiences, and my own. She did super! She did her homework. I'm now an investor in property back in my hometown again.
